Terms and Conditions - GT VISUALS E-Learning Platform for Entrepreneurs
Membership Fee:
The membership fee for accessing GT VISUALS e-learning platform is 19,99 € per month. This fee grants you unlimited access to the platform's resources, courses, and materials.
Payment:
The payment for the membership fee is due on the 15th of each month. You will be charged automatically for the subsequent month unless you cancel your membership (see point 4).
Payment Method:
Payments can be made through the designated payment processor on our platform using accepted credit/debit cards or other authorized payment methods.
Cancellation:
You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, simply access your account settings on the platform and follow the cancellation process. Once canceled, your access to the platform and its resources will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Automatic Payment:
If you do not cancel your membership, your payment will be automatically deducted from your account on a monthly basis.
Data Protection:
We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. We adhere to strict data protection regulations and take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

Content Ownership:
All the content provided on GT VISUALS e-learning platform, including courses, videos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of GT VISUALS or its respective owners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt the functionality or security of the platform or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability:
GT VISUALS shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform or any content provided therein.

Modifications:
GT VISUALS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to you through the platform or via email.
